This has been my second hunt with Nicus and again it was very successful. Nicus will not let you harvest low quality animals. Both lodges we stayed in were very nice, and the food was great. I can highly recommend Fair Chase Safaris to anyone that is looking for a super safari experience.

First trip to Africa, what a cool deal. The sunrises, sunsets, mountains, and the giraffes were awesome. The hunting was fantastic and Nicus and Colene made every effort to make us feel at home. The skill of our guide was hard to believe and a pleasure to observe. Once in a lifetime experience, but we will need to do it again.

From the moment I walked into the lodge I was totally amazed! The accommodation was beyond belief, there were rhinos on my back porch! The meals, campfire, drinks, music and comradery were amazing. This was the best trip I’ve ever had—easy, safe, and beyond our expectations. Nic arranged luxury lakeside huts with full amenities, and we had unlimited access to the property. I really cannot say enough great things about everyone from start to finish. From the moment we booked the trip there was direct communication with Nicus and he answered all our questions in a timely manner. Nicus is a very honest and up front person. Everything he we talked about leading up to the trip was just as he said it would be when we got there! Everyone will work as hard as they can to help you be successful. They will not let you shoot subpar animals either and will make sure every animal taken is a proper mature animal that anyone would be proud to have. This was without a doubt the best trip I have ever had. Everything from start to finish was easy, safe, and beyond what we could have hoped for. We were each shown to private luxury huts with full amenities that were lakeside with free roaming critters everywhere. We were the only clients and we had unlimited access to this amazing place. Dining was phenomenal with the preceding days trophies available for meals in any manner requested for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hunting experience was exactly what I was looking for and was very much fair chase. The trophy quality was amazing. We finished the trip off with a relaxing trip to the coast for some shark and edible fish angling. You can't imagine the exhaustion and exhilaration of reeling in some of those monsters! I am very grateful I had the opportunity to purchase this adventure with Fair Chase Safaris. I never dreamed I could have so much fun...and have it be legal.
