Rates

A deposit of 50% of the Hunting Package will be required to confirm your booking. 

The balance of your Hunting Package, as well as any extra fees incurred during your trip, must be settled at the end of the hunt.

You will receive a final invoice from us and an email from which you can choose a payment option. 

Payment options include: Paypal/Credit Card, Bank Deposit/Electronic payment, Wire transfer.

Animals wounded and not found, will be deemed as taken and therefore the full trophy fee will apply.

We recommend that our clients obtain travel and medical insurance prior to their safari.

The tipping of trackers, camp staff, and your Professional Hunter can be done in cash or added to your final bill if you wish. 

Recommended: Camp staff members ±$15 per day, Trackers ±$20 per day, your Professional Hunter ±$120 per day. 

Tips are not mandatory and have to be earned by the staff. 

In the event of a cancelation less than 6 months prior to your safari, only 50% of your deposit will be refunded. Canceling your safari within 2 months prior to your arrival date will result in the whole deposit being forfeited, unless the dates can be rescheduled to alternate dates within the same season, or the following season.
